Product & Fitment
Are your parts Genuine Toyota or Aftermarket?
We stock a mix of both. We clearly label items as "Genuine Toyota" (OEM) when they come in the red box. Our aftermarket range (e.g., Terrain Tamer, Celestial, or Roadsafe) is hand-picked to meet or exceed OEM specifications. We don't sell cheap knock-offs that we wouldn't use ourselves.
Will this suspension kit fit my lifted truck?
Most of our standard replacement parts (CVs, control arms) are designed for vehicles with up to a 50mm (2-inch) lift. If you have a custom 3-inch or 4-inch lift, please get in touch with us first, as you may need extended components or diff drops to correct your geometry.
Do you sell painted body parts?
Generally, no. Most body panels, mirrors, and bumpers come in a raw finish, primer, or standard black plastic. They are intended to be colour-matched and painted by a professional panel beater.
Shipping & Orders
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, for small items (filters, switches, dash mats), we can ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post. However, large items like Bullbars, Suspension Kits, and Exhausts must be delivered to a physical street address where someone can sign for the delivery.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes, we offer collection from our Surry Hills, NSW location. Please select "Pick Up" at checkout and wait for the email confirmation stating your order is ready before coming in.
